Suncast 65" Outdoor Partial Shade 4K UHD LED TV with Waterproof Remote + Compatible Wall Mount (SNCT6500)

Overall pretty happy with this tv. There are a couple things people NEED to know if they are going to hookup external speakers or surround sound. 1. You can't turn the tv volume down and your Sonos amp or receiver up without an audio extractor, they will only do one or the other. $25-$30 on Amazon 2. This TV is actually compatible with xfinity and the remote can be programmed but there's a trick to it. When xfinity asks which model of tv you have, you choose “888” and then when it asks for the TVs code, it is “14159”. I spent way too much time trying to figure this out and was told by customer service (if you want to call it that) that the tv was not compatible with anything I was trying to do. That's why I'm posting this. I wish I knew about all of this before I purchased it because it would have made life a lot easier, but this tv is great and a fraction of the price that you would pay for higher end outdoor TVs.

Picture quality is pretty good, but there is a huge amount of glare as the screen is very shiny. Even in shade, light sources anywhere make it hard to watch at times. The case is waterproofed so the speakers are internal and sound like they're in a tunnel. This is easily solved with a sound bar.

The tv is great for the price. However, my remote control stopped working with the device being less than a year old. Universals will not work and there are literally no buttons on the unit itself to control it. Have been trying for over a month to locate and purchase a remote. Rating would have been higher had the remote not gone out leaving me with a totally unusable seven month old (investment) television. Go figure… FOOTBALL SEASON!!!

We were thrilled with our purchase until 3 weeks ago when it just suddenly cut off while viewing. It did come back on but we attempted to watch it again for Thursday night football and it has not come on since. We bought it August 2021 and are at a loss as to what we can do since we paid over $1000 and expected a few good years. The television was well kept and always has a cover when not in use.

I can only rate my experience. TV never turned on. Plugged it up could hear fans running for a few seconds, but it wouldn't turn on with the remote. There is no on/off switch (confirmed by email via seller). No one answers the phone and they barely reply via email. Thank goodness WM allowed me to return it. The seller's only option is to mail back to them at your cost and this TV weighs 125 lbs. Hope your situation turns out better if you get this one.
