I love these ergonomics products. This shovel is soooo easy to use. In light snow it pushes very well and in wet, heavy snow it makes it very easy to pick up and throw. Makes the load on the back a bunch lighter. Love this shovel.

This snow shovel is built well, but I did not find the bent arm on it as much of a plus as I had hoped.

Delivery was on time. But way overpriced. Found the exact item in local hardware store for 1/2 price. I returned the shovel, unused and bought the identical one [verified by model number] at local store. No hassle return. Shovel looks sturdy, %26 I like the steel wear tip, but haven't had any snow so don't know if it is as advertised. Gave it 4 stars because it was so overpriced.

I haven't got to use it yet. But it seems pretty sturdy.

The product advertised description is misleading. It said the blower allows you to change the directions of where the snow blows, but only until you receive it and look at the manual do you discover that in order to do that, you have to tilt the unit at an angle while operating. Basic physics would indicate that that requires more strength as you are trying to operate it with half of it off the ground. It may blow just fine. I did not use it. I just returned it because my research indicates that it's important to get a snow shovel with adjustable chutes that blow the snow left, right, or forward. I was very disappointed. I will wait until later when more snow shovels are back in stock to get a better one.
