Suncast CPLSTA125B 125' Wall-Mounted Side Tracker Garden Hose Reel for 5/8\" Hose

This hose reel replaced a unitwith 10 years of use which had fallen apart which is mounted on a backyard panel. This unit mounted on the existing panel. Pnel is mounted to two steel posts driven in th ground. Hopefully this hose reel will function well

This is my second Suncast hose handler that I bought from Walmart, they are nice and holds up in the weather.

I would have never thought hanging it would be so easy . It took me 15 minutes to pug it on the. Wall. Great product with a nice price !

I am pleased with the hose reel. It is what I expected. What I did not expect was that it would be shipped in a box twice the size of the reel. I had to take the hose reel out of the box in the parking lot to get it into my midsized sedan. The box had to be broken down to fit in my car.

So far so good but wonder if there's away to take the front piece of the wheel part off. It is very difficult to get your hands or a wrench in to tighten/loosen the hose. I think there must be away but is not mentioned in the instructions and I don't want to force it and risk breaking it.

This is made to be hung up outside. That means it will be subject to heat and cold, and if you live in Florida like I do - extreme heat. I've owned about 4 of these over the years, so it goes without saying that I like the product. However, it could be made a little sturdier. Additionally, it's really tough to stop the hose from leaking at the connection on the reel, so that could be improved also. All that being said it fills my needs- just wished it'd last longer.

put this on the side of my house that isn't exposed to the hot sun but the yuma az. temps stay over 100 degrees for 5 months straight, the intense heat made it brittle and it fell apart. worked fine for about 6 mos.

When hose in with pressure it gets disconnected from reel , stop using it after two weeks after I got it.

Garbage, they Leak like Crazy! The connection fitting are made of cheap plastic!

We bolted it to my house, put the front piece back on and it was missing a part that makes sure the front piece stays in place to be able to reel in the hose. Now we have a hose reel bolted to my house that's useless and we can't remove because there's a bunch of holes. Not impressed. And no, we didn't lose any parts.
