I had not read the directions where it says take 23 times a day, just assuming it was once or twice a day. My fault.

Very recommended...
I actually have been taking this for months and it really helps my digestion..bloatness gone..it has licorice so it helps if you have history of ulcers or gastritis..its awsome..plus it helps clean out fatty liver..specially after a greasy meal or after drinking...that i prefer to stay away from..I take 4 a day to maintain a healthy liver..you can increase up to 6 a day...to detoxify..even taking 4 it helps get rid of toxins.

the product is good, but I never received it!
The item is great, and I am more than disappointed that I did not receive it! They shipped it to the wrong store, and I am still waiting for a refund! Very frustrated!
