As a person of color, I've always been taught that it more difficult for me to produce vitamin d from sun exposure due to the melanin in my skin and that I would have to take supplements to ensure that I have the necessary amount for healthy bones, teeth, and a healthy immune system. These softgels are easy to swallow and leave no after taste. They're about the size of a purple-hull pea and I'm glad I received them.

This pills do not have a strong scent or taste which is great. I take 1 pill a day after eating my breakfast.
