I look for the highest IU... You may need to cut this oil if thickness is your problem...? This product is perfect for skin , if you are in the elements daily.. Especially wind, rain, snow, . A thin layer during the day, thick layer to leave on while sleeping... Great for burns, scapes, scars, and most skin issues.

This, however, is nothing but Vitamin E: Thick, smooth, and velvety, yet somehow not greasy, with nothing else added. Besides that, this is the natural and more stable form of Vitamin E, called alpha-Tocopheryl Acetate, which essentially means that it is more effective, as it is significantly more bioavailable. Glad to see it here, because it has been impossible for me to find it in stores even after years of looking. Highly recommend for anyone looking for actual, real, pure Vitamin E oil.

This oil is very thick and does not absorb well. The oil leaves a greasy film on my skin.
