Good product
It is difficult to determine the quality of herbs compared to another brand, but it seems to be as good or better than what I have used for years. I take this herb daily do maintain my immune system's health.

Good quality, just herbs. Other ingredients are of the capsule, so you can open it and pour in any drink or sprinkle it on oatmeal, just be aware it tastes slightly bitter.
