we love the this gazebo we had a few issues putting together but we got it worked out I will be ordering a set of table and chairs next, we set up the lights under it and we ordered a ceiling fan really nice that will hang from the hook provided on it. Thanks Mr.Burkey

Simple build, very sturdy, extremely happy with it

We had several soft top/fabric top gazebos in our backyard over the years and each of them were destroyed by the weather. So we decided to try this Sunjoy 13x13 Hardtop Octagon Gazebo and we are so super excited and pleased with the product. Not only is it beautiful it is very strong and sturdy! My husband and I are not "handy" people but we took our time and assembled the gazebo in a day and a half. We are so proud our work but it was really easy to follow the instructions. Also, it's great that extra nuts & bolts are included because we dropped a few in the grass. We are very happy with this Gazebo and expect to enjoy it with our family and friends for years to come!

We absolutely love our new hardtop octagon gazebo from Sunjoy. We were so happy to see all instructions were so easy to follow. My husband and i installed this beauty in a day. The roof is true metal and very sturdy! The pre-cut pieces were perfectly done for us to drill into. We did not have any problems at all. We cannot wait to spend many many under our new chill spot! I can't quit staring out the window at it. Perfect I'd say!

I love this gazebo. I've had it for about 2 weeks to see how it holds up with the summer storms we've been having and I'm pleased. A few things to note: we moved from concrete to a grassy area. Pur ground wasn't leve so we had to dig holes in the grass to ensure it was level. Used the included stakes then put dirt in the hole. Just had a storm with 60 mph gusts. Based on previous reviews, we released the material tip covers from the 4 pointed sides and unzipped the screens. No structural damage whatsoever. If you choose to get this set, be sure to make sure wind can pass through. I really believe that if we left the roof material secured the wind would have snapped it. I also sprayed with rust guard spray just in case. All in all, given the price point, the gazebo was an excellent choice. A little preparation goes a long way and will ensure you enjoy this item for a while.

Pretty sturdy and robust. Good value for the cost. Some of the holes could be pre-drilled or drilled with more precision. Ultimately I'm happy with my purchase. I was able to put this together all by myself although 1 or 2 more people would be welcome.

Do not buy this item. Even if one little part is missing (I.E. a screw) they state you have to send entire item back. Mine is missing one of the eight bases for the post, and they won't replace stating " if a part is missing you have to send entire item back" Unbelievable! This practice is probably because they don't want you purchasing parts for previous purchased gazebos so they can get more money is the only reason I can think of for this unbelievable policy. Never again. We are in the process of sending this entire thing back and we will never purchase again from this company. Surreal!
