Love it! So much stronger than the metal one we use to have

This product is easy to assemble, beautiful, the extra hangers for a side wall or mosquito net is wonderful and we have had many complements. We are enjoying this addition to our backyard.

This gazebo was just what we were looking for to bring some shade and comfort to our back yard. The install took several hours but went really well with just 2 people. I started with counting the parts to be sure and everything was there. I laid out everything for ease of finding parts. Quality and well manufactured so we are thrilled with it to say the least.

It looks good-it does require 2-3 people to put it up. My husband, 2 sons and SIL put ours up in one 8-9 hour day

This gazebo comes in a lot of pieces and took the most of the day for my wife and I to put it together. Solid construction and very sturdy. It looks great I the yard. Be sure to study the directions! I am eager to sit under the gazebo sipping my coffee in the mornings. Well worth the money spent!!!

I like the quality of the gazebo but some parts of the instructions, like the roof, are not very clear. I have had some of the large lag bolts strip out in the soft wood. The screws that hold the gazebo legs to the ground are way too small, in my opinion, so I used larger ones. And there was an epoxy repair done on one of the side boards that prevented proper assembly but I was able to make it work. Overall I am satisfied with the product.

The gazebo arrived in a reasonable time frame and at first glance all of the hardware appeared to be well-organized clearly labeled in individual compartments. However, pieces were missing. Even though they have a spare parts section, it wasn't enough to cover all of those missing. Also, oddly most of the washers were stuck together in a clump that couldn't be pried apart. So, I called their customer service and they assured me that after I emailed them the receipt the parts would arrive in 3-5 business days. It has now been 3 weeks after 5 phone calls and multiple emails they still haven't arrived and cannot give me an estimate. Tempted to search for similar parts at the hardware store to just get it done, but after paying so much for the product I would expect them to provide all of the parts.

I have filed a complaint because the merchandize was missing a lot of parts when I received it. I am waiting for a call from Sunnest Services LLC, the company where the product was sent from. Walmart has notified them of the problem. I have no problem with Walmart. Because of missing parts, I could not build the Gazebo. So sad, because I was excited to build it.

Requested to return this order due to the size of the gazebo that didn't work with my area and due to some damaged parts, called Walmart many times and they keep promising that they are going to work it out with the seller company to have my refund back and pickup the gazebo but it never happed.
