I bought these for my knee scooter. If I have to use the stupid thing, might as well make it fun. The streamers fall out every now and then but overall, I like them. They jazz up my scooter.

Not what I thought
From the picture, I thought these would plug into the ends of the handlebar frame but they do not. You have to have grips on the handlebars. So they did not work on the bike I wanted them for. I did use them on our other bike that had grips but they do not fit tight so they hang out a bit but still work for a 4 year old.
