I needed a cooler to cool and carry eyedrops. This is a bit large for that but very impressed how long it keeps them cold. So far 5-6 hours. The built in thermostat seems to be very accurate. Ordered another set of freeze packs, hoping doubling up will extend the time.
Loved the color and the zipper works great doesn't get stuck, really like the ice packs you freeze they are nicely decorated as to not be generic inside the case. It's nicely sized and all your items fit nicely inside with room to spare.
Best way to carry insulin while traveling! So convenient and way better than a bulky lunchbox! Fits right into a backpack or medium/Large purse! The only thing was the zipper was sometimes hard to move but my hands are weak so it might be me Lol.

I loved the case I used it for international travel and it did not keep my medicine cold at all. The money I spent was wasted.
The insulation, which is the most important feature of this product is of poor quality. The gel ice pack melted in 2 hours and you can feel the outside getting cold. So again, the insulation material is poor. It's winter now here in NYC so this product will not deliver its promise in hot weather and travel. It's a pain to have to return but I must. I need a good quality product so I'm back in my research.
