the lamp is excellent well maded. But the most important is the customer service, it is amazing! I have an issue with the shade and since the first moment that Kylin received my message she was very kind and helpfull, in 3 days I had the new shade replacement. Just this, worse everything!
I was able to assemble myself ALL BUT the top eensy weensy tiny micro screw @top.
I bought the lamp for one of my daughters. Her sisters were instantly jealous. It is a beautiful lamp and very versatile and practical, the light from it is as I hoped it is bright but not harsh as the wicker lets the light filter through. And it has a really neat floor switch so you can just walk up to it and tap it with your foot
Looks great in my living room, and I love that there are 3 color temps to choose from! Very sturdy base so my cats don't knock it over.
ACTUALLY LOVED THIS LAMP. The base leans a little bit because it's too heavy on top but you do not notice it at all. The bulb has three settings. Warm, warmer and cool. It looks SO good. I love it
This floor lamp is gorgeous. I love the look of rattan, and I'm trying to incorporate more pieces like this in my house. Overall I recommend this, but the shade did arrive bent and kind of out of place and you can see the damage when screwed in, so I took off 1 star as I wish the Shade was wrapped in bubble wrap to keep it safe during shipping :( I do appreciate the step button to turn it on/off. It also changes from 3 different light settings. Just wish there was an option for a replacement shade that was evenly round, and it also was missing the tiny tension screw piece to hold the arm from moving around, so I had to purchase it myself.
My remote doesn't work at all. I tried 3 different sets of batteries, the light on the remote blinking with each set but having no effect on my lamp whatsoever. The lamp itself is beautiful, but there aren't options in lighting like I thought when I bought it.
Design makes no sense. Can't put it together due to misalignments and excess chords etc
It doesn't match the aesthetic of my home, and I'm not a fan of the lampshade style in person. Need to return ….
True story. We were delivered three giant cans of 6.6LB Del Monte Whole Kernel Corn in replacement of our Sunmory Lamp for our new house. We were completely upset by this. My whole day was ruined. Walmart, it was totally unexpected and disappointing. I made a report about this asking the Walmart Customer Service assistant for a full refund. I do not know when they will have another promotion for this item or IF they will ever deliver on their task properly again at all!
