Good product but terrible service .
Directions aren't the greatest all pictures really no dialogue. Some of plastic tubing that you install for the awning and valance was damaged and had to install it in pieces and isn't enough. Emailed the them and told me what they needed and I sent it and haven't heard back since. Guess I'll have to make a phone call and get nasty if they don't take care of it. Other than that it's a nice unit and work's great.

The Awning was a bit complicated to put together. It was also missing some key hardware for the arms that connect and ride the track. But overall the Awning is well built and works well.

BUYER BEWARE
Missing a part that you can't replace contacted customer Service there only reply was look in the packing. Tried email no reply after 3 emails.
