I've used this 3xs now. Holds heat very well and the scent is lovely. You can feel the tension easing away after a few minutes. I haven't washed yet, so unable to say how well it holds up

I was interested in trying this neck wrap as I occasionally get stiffness, sometimes accompanied by a slight ache, in my neck area. I read the literature included in the package carefully, noting the warnings about over-heating in the microwave. This neck wrap can be used hot or cold. For heat, place on turntable of the microwave, spreading it out into the c-shape so the filling is evenly distributed. I heated it for 45 seconds on high, then turned it over for another 45 seconds to make sure it was heated evenly. That was enough time for me, but you can continue heating in 10 second increments if you want it a little warmer. The zipper that allows you to remove the plush cover for washing is made of PVC material so it's microwave safe. I have worn the wrap, heated as described, while sitting at my computer for 30 to 45 minutes and it stays warm for that length of time. My neck feels much better after wearing it. The ache is gone and most of the stiffness also. It can also be used in cold weather just to help keep you warm and cozy. Since I am mostly interested in the heat function of this wrap, I haven't tried the cold application.

I have a bad neck injury, constantly putting ice and heat on it and constantly fighting to keep said ice and heat on without it falling off. This product is perfect in that aspect. I can actually get up and move around and not have to worry about it falling off my neck. I also have to sleep on my side, and always had issues trying to keep an ice pack on my neck during the summer while sleeping and now this stays right in place, helps me to sleep! I got 2 of these, one I keep in the freezer and the other is for heating in the microwave. Im SO happy with this product I highly recommend it if you deal with any sort of neck issues.

I honestly love everything about this neck wrap. It's really effective with helping your neck pain. I like the weight of it and the fact that you can continue to heat it up as needed. My son used it on his ankle as well. Smells like you're cooking oatmeal but that doesn't bother me!

The "Sunny Bay Washable C-shaped Neck Wrap, Whole Grain, Microwavable Moist Heat, For Neck Pain Relief" is for me just Awesome. I broke my neck about ten years ago and have pain still on a regular basis. The neck wrap is so very comfortable when cold on my neck it gives me the relief I need When it is hurting. I have stiff neck ever once and a while. The Neck Wrap in the microwave and zap it according to instructions, to that so warmth through my neck to help it loosen up. The cover does come off and laundries just fine. The wrap is a big hit around the house. Family love it as well.

I am writing this review for the Sunny Bay Washable C-shaped Neck Wrap, Whole Grain, Microwavable Moist Heat, For Neck Pain Relief. I chose this because I get neck pain a few times a month. My neck was hurting yesterday so I gave it a try. I found this to be very helpful. It actually has a lot of weight to it. So after heating it the weight made it feel like it was really sinking in. I also really like that you can remove the outer cover and wash it. I think I will try some of their other products now. They have a variety of different versions of this for different places on your body. I highly recommend this product to anyone with neck pain.

I love this product! I have diagnosed arthritis in my neck and this helps relax my muscles when I heat this neck wrap pillow in the microwave. It is filled with rice or flax seed and they absorb the warmth and hold it in for at least 8-10 minutes. The pillow is quite heavy which helps it to stay in place on the shoulder area so I can move around if while wearing it if necessary. The cover is a soft dark blue fleece which is quite comfortable to the touch. The cotton cover is removable for washing. I will use this for as long as it lasts. I would recommend this product to anyone who has neck or shoulder pain because the warmth lasts long after heating it. I used it with cold therapy by putting it into the refrigerator and is was nice and cool without being too cold to keep on my neck. I love this product and I think I will buy the one for the lower back.

I have been having some pain in my neck area to be believed it was causing the pain from a mussel strain. I selected this Sunny Bay Washable C-shaped neck wrap. I put it around my neck the day it arrived and I loved it! It states you can put it in the microwave for 1.5 minutes then turn it over for another 10 seconds. (Do not overheat) I have not tried using this neck wrap with my microwave just yet. The directions also state you can put it in the freezer for 60 minutes which cold can reduce swelling, This neck wrap has an inner casing filled with all natural Rice or Flax Seeds that feel like tiny beads made of 100% Cotton. The cover is made of 100% Polyester and very soft. The cover has a zipper in the middle top part of the back approximate seven (7) inches, very easy to unzip to take the casing out to wash the cover. You can use this neck wrap made of whole grain for many uses. For a sore neck, inflamed mussel tissues around the neck area or shoulders. I have found several ways of using this. It feels so good sitting on my sofa or at my desk with it draped around my entire neck. I can move the C shape more out laying on top of my shoulders that helps with upper back pain. The whole idea is pressure which helps with moderate pain relief. Placing this neck wrap with the C shape more on the shoulders. You can also use it upside down. Example- Turn the ends upward with the neck wrap behind your neck allowing the end of the C shape laying against your ears against a pillow, it does help to brace the neck area as well as maybe an ear ache. (After warming it up to a comfortable temperature in the microwave). It could be used for those with new ear piercings too! This neck wrap could also be used for us that sleep with face serums and moisturizers if using it folded upward to help with our skin not stretching while we sleep and to clench our skin as most of us tumble through the day or night whichever you sleep. I do not recommend using this neck wrap if you have severe neck problems without consulting your doctor first. The price for this wrap is very reasonable and affordable for the performance it really does. The only downfall I see is that it does collect fur babies hair which that isn't a real problem, just unzip it and toss it in the washer. I would personally let it hang to air dry. This is a really easy to use and nicely designed heat or cold pack. It actually site all around your neck and shoulder area. It is filled with all natural whole grain wheat for a hotter wrap and lasts quite a while. You just put it on the microwave to heat it. What is nice is, it is also a cold pack. You just freeze it for an hour or so and it stays cold for quite a while too. The cover is fleece and comfy on the skin, and also removable and washable. It is rather heavy which helps it stay in place nicely.

I have arthritis and degenerative disks in my spine and am required to use heat and ice repeatedly in order to be pain free. This neck wrap works perfectly in terms of function and is easy to use on my neck when use of heat is indicated. My one quibble with the neck wrap is that it is VERY heavy, so I can't bring it with me in my carry-on or my checked bag for long trips due to the weight. That said, the weight is required to ensure it functions as promised, so I don't know that there is much a designer could do about that issue and still have it work as well as it does.
