Great basic bench - easy to assemble and comfortable to use. The padded rollers are comfortable on the legs and the back rest is wide and well-padded. Very happy with this considering the price.

This is my second exercise product that I've purchased from Sunny Health &Fitness The Power Zone Strength Flat Bench is durable and easy to assemble. The bottom dumbbell rack is very convenient and helps to keep your space organized which is consistent with the durable quality of my stepper with handlebars.

So I've had this bench for 2 weeks now and I've found it to be incredibly solid. It doesn't wobble at all compared to my other bench which had a slight jiggle. The padding is firm and this is with consistent 4x a week use. I'm 5'10 190 pounds and use this bench for all sorts of exercises from chest press to split squats.

Needed a bench that inclines and declines that won't break the bank. After several searches landed on Sunny. The bench is high quality. The pictures do not do it justice! I use this bench for my chest workouts and it is sturdy as a rock. Highly recommend!

I was surprised at the construction of the bench. It is extremely solid and it far exceeded my expectations. I am a very heavy person and I also use heavy weights. The bench does exactly what it is supposed to do. Thank you Sunny for a great product!

Very easy to install, even with the included wrenches. Excellent welds / quality. You get what you pay for. I purchased a cheaper Sunny spinning bike, which is way below the quality and performance of a new and much more expensive Sunny bike I purchased. This bench is the same idea. There's nothing more I can ask for, even though it was pricey. As others mentioned, the height is a couple inches higher than most other benches...I like this feature a lot. My wife also, who is 5'9__quote__. I recommend this bench to anyone looking for their __quote__forever__quote__ workout bench.

I was able to put this together myself, the directions were clear and straight forward. It took me about 15 minutes with cleanup after. The one thing I will say is the binding of the leather was a little bent but other then that it's a nice bench. I've been using it for about a week with no issues. Happy with my purchase.

It was easy to build. From first use I can tell the construction is high quality. Workouts have been great and bench is sturdy, does not wobble. It has good cushioning and feels comfortable. I especially like its easy adjustability, and how it feels safe doing decline press.

This bench does not budge at all when doing step ups! It folds down easily, comes fully assembled, easy to adjust, and is big enough for both my boyfriend and I. He's 5'9 and I'm 5'5 both weighing under 230. It's very stable and accomodates our workouts with a lot of flexibility! This has been an amazing buy for us!

One of the easiest things I've assembled in my life. This bench is sturdy, compact and comfortable. I use this bench for dumbbell workouts and love that there's a rack on the bottom to hold my dumbbells! This bench fits my needs and was right in my budget! Happy with my purchase!
