Sunny Health & Fitness Adjustable Stretch Training Machine

I was skeptical, but after assembling and using it seemed to work pretty good. I've used it two or three times and I can notice a difference in my back pain. I would recommend this to others.

A wonderful addition to help with my herniated disc. I use it between my IDD (Intervertebral Differential Dynamics) therapy. Had some issues with assembly but overall it is a great tool.

After checking it out and reading directions booklet works as it should after a nice soft pillow and blanket works great really sore back sure will help with decompression of my spine thanks for a great product The hand crank wheel works excellent with very small stretches at a time way better than inversion table i waisted money on Now i can fix my back for the rest of my life little at a time thanks again !!

Easy to construct, works as described. Caution: it is easy to over stretch your back. Be very careful to increase tension in SMALL increments over time..

I purchased the Sunny Health and fitness bench for my husband. He suffers from lower back pain. It was easy to assemble and use. He has only used it a few times but said he likes how he's able to control how far it streatches his back.
