Arrived assembled, set to highest resistance. Good way to add some cardio. I got a bit of a workout sitting after a few minutes. Set to mid level resistance, more of a workout. Did standing as well, but I am more stable sitting for now. I did not attach the bands for the arm workout.

Love it works great. Arrived on time.

Came assembled, packaged nicely. This is very sturdy, weighs around 27 pounds. I felt the resistance and can adjust different levels! Get the same workout like having a stair master. I was concerned if it would work and not be flimsy. This is a winner!

I only used it for a week, so far like the smoothness, range of mivement, and that it's so portable. I am not sure I will use it in standing position as much as I hoped, at least nit in the beginning - I would need to be more co fide t about my balance without holding onto something. But I will try to think of something that will give me an opportunity to touch some kind of support for balance if needed. Also, I would love for the manufacturer to create a website with suggestions for different variations/exercises

It was the best deal I found. Delivered quickly. Easy to track shipment and product was just what I wanted!

This machine gives a pretty good work out. The handle bars are welcome as I was unsure if I would be able to steady myself without them. The handlebars are a bit wobbly even though everything is tightened. It doesn't take up too much space. It can be used seated or standing and forward or backward.

Y'all, this was bad. Sunny Health should really have invested in making the stride motion as smooth as possible due to the small size. Instead, this thing feels like you're stomping over and over. If you're a heavier person, I cannot imagine a more knee damaging way to exercise. What made it worse was bc of how jerky everything was, the whole thing was at near constant risk of falling over sideways. My wife, who is half my weight, had the same problems. We both hated it and we returned it the day after it was delivered. It's a great idea, the perfect size, and exactly the type of machine we had hoped for, but its execution was abysmal.

This is very cheaply made. Not very stable at all.

Has a really jerky motion and a very small stride length would not recommend for anyone overweight or tall.
