Looked at a great many options for ergs sub ~700 dollars, not wanting yet to invest in the big Concept2 (also shipping costs!). I decided on the Phantom having seen it has a full range of motion on the catch, quieter yet inclinced water resistance (did not want magnetic resistance), and an "ok" performance monitor. It arrived fast and met all my expectations. Although I miss some aspects of the RowErg I used at the gym (especially the more accurate metrics), the feel of the pull on the Phantom is much better than expected. It fits in my smaller apartment as well, and is certainly a lot quieter than the RowErg would be. Someday I may upgrade, but for now, I'm quite pleased with this purchase! I recommend!

This product is great for home use on a budget. Well built to hold 300lbs. inspect the water cylinder to ensure there are no cracks were it is connected with screws (weak point of machine).. prior to adding water. easy assemble.

I love my new rower, Phantom Hydro from Sunny Health. I did so much research on something that gave you a good workout, that was sturdy and of great quality, really nice and simple. I love the tranquility of the flowing water while I work out, so calming. This equipment gives you a workout that will not disappoint! I absolutely love it!

This is a fantastic rower. I was a little concerned it would be of poor quality due to the price compared to the others, but if you aren't a peloton groupie and don't need false encouragement tossed at you every five seconds, save some money and get this one. The water resistance is perfect, and once I get stronger the magnetic resistance is going to build on that. (If you do need some false encouragement, there's always Apple fitness+) It hooked seamlessly to my phone and the app works perfectly. I also enjoy the beginner classes where they don't try to kill you in a 10 minute Beginner workout.

I am enjoying my rower. This is a new experience. The overall feeling of having completed a solid workout is amazing. I feel the benefits in my upper body ,legs and abdominal area. The feeling last during the day.Ohhh the soothing sound of the water with my nature music is bliss. Love this gift from my husband. The machine is very well built was easy to assemble. I love the machine however ; the monitor I do not use it was difficult for me to get it operating effectively. I am very satisfied with this beautiful rower. I encouraged my friend to purchase this rower. Great price great delivery fast and my package was intact. LOVE IT

I love this rowing machine. I lost 10 pounds by using my Sunny treadmill and the six week kettlebell plan. I use this rower one day, then the next day I use the treadmill. So it's over other day with the two machines. I feel so much better and slimmer.

You need to tell customer that the monitor doesn't illuminate

If you have an issue with Sunny Health they do not respond in a timely manner. I ordered a petal that was broken on November 28, 2020 and today is January 12, 2021 and I still don't have the part. The rowing machine is useless without a foot pedal.

I assembled it rather easily. When I filled it with water it immediately steadily leaked. Havent been able to use it yet.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY THIS UNIT. The tank is quite prone to cracking as you can see if you look up most reviews on YouTube or elsewhere. The worst part of this is their inability to provide a replacement for the weakest part of the unit BY FAR. I was given this as a gift. I don't possess the receipt nor can I get it. I now have a 100lb piece of scrap metal on my porch that will now fill a landfill if I'm unable to fix myself. Very disappointed.
