I love the bicycle a lot. I am 5 feet 4 inches tall, and I have been looking for a bicycle for a short person. This one is amazing. You can adjust the seat height and handle distance, too. The price is amazing, too. The seat was a little uncomfortable, so I bought the additional cover with a cushion. I enjoy it a lot, and I don't have any issues like shoulder pain. I highly recommend it.

Well built for someone like me over 300lbs , didn't take too long to assemble 1 1/2 hours at the most

This magnetic bike is amazing! I am an avid cyclist and I can barely pedal at highest level of resistance. And change in resistance is immediate with the turn of the resistance knob. There is nothing wrong with the seat or pedals, but I swapped both out for a road bike seat and Shimano clipless SPD-SL pedals.

Good, solid, stripped down bike. Magnetic resistance works well and the bike is fairly quiet when in use. With the addition of Wahoo speed and cadence sensors, a heart rate sensor and resistance gauge, this make a great alternative to expensive Peleton bikes. You can download the Peleton app for a reasonable monthly fee and spin to your hearts content with pre-recorded classes or join in with live classes.

We own two Sunny indoor spin bikes. My wife's has been great, and she's had it for several years. Sadly after my most recent experience, I cannot recommend the bikes or the company anymore. Upon arrival, I assembled my bike and gave it a quick test ride without issue. I disposed of the packaging. A week or so later, I used the bike for my workout, and I encountered a significant knock when the bike was under load. After troubleshooting with Sunny, which required 3-5 days between messages, they identified a defective bearing in the crank assembly. This is where the manufacturing defect became my problem. The first option was to return the bike to Walmart. Aside from the logistical issues of disassembling the bike, trying to repack and transport 200 lbs worth of bike, I didn't have the box anymore. The second options was using three specialized tools (crank puller, bearing puller, and snap ring pliers) and mechanical aptitude, I could tear down the crank assembly and replace the bearings myself. Any risk of damage during repair or incorrect reassembly was on me at that point. I asked that a new frame be shipped with the bearing installed, and I was told "That isn't in our jurisdiction." Jurisdiction? You're the manufacturer. Do yourself a favor and stick with a manufacturer invested in after purchase support.

Product was a gift to someone, will have to wait for their response on quality or damage.

The spin bike broke down 3 times. The pedal broke off twice and the the pedal arm broke off and appears unrepairable. I called Sunny and shared pictures of the latest issue and so far no response. This bike should have held up a lot better then it has and I don't believe that Sunny is going to make good on my spin bike becoming a pile of iron to be relocated in a junk yard.
