Good fit for tall people
I am 5'11" female. This fits me! hard to find that. It is a good workout. Very smooth and quiet. the only thing I would change would have it be foldable without the tensions cords. But love that it fits me! There are seat adjustments, so it would also fit shorter inseam people.

Awesome machine!! Using this machine
Awesome machine!! Using this machine will help keep me healthy and strong. It's not just a workout, It's actually fun to use. I feel great gratification after every workout. I absolutely love that it folds flat for easy storage. I'm so glad that I made this purchase.

Good and bad
I absolutely love the benefits of using this machine. However, the resistance band broke and replacement part is unavailable. Great. Useless now.

it's not a strenuous work out I can't close it and their refund is Horrible!!!! They don't care or make some kind of discount even though I'm paying it off. I'm on a fixed income and wanted a good workout. I guess I have to use this piece of crap but I will get another something somewhere else. I will never order from them again.

Not low impact on knees
Not the best equipment if you have knee pain. Row n Ride is definitely not low impact on your knees.
