The seat was uncomfortable for every single time she exercised. I'm wondering if there is a disferent seat that we could get for replace original seat?

The seat is not comfortable and does not have enough padding. But more annoying is the fact that the seat cannot be tilted forward or back. I keep sliding forward off the seat. It would be nice if the front of the seat could tilt up to prevent this. Bicycle manufacturers have been making seats for over 60 years that can be adjusted in this manner. I'm not sure why this manufacturer doesn't do it.

Overall, it is a nice product. Easy to use. It has developed a "knocking" sound shortly after use. Almost sounds like something is loose inside the casing. I have inquired to support, but there hasn't been any response yet. Despite the knocking, the device still works well.

First, I think the unit is light. Second, the front stabillizer and back stabilzer are too short, they should be at lest 3 inches longer. So this makes this exercise bike dangerous. The first time I tried to get on the bike It tipped over with me, to the side and I ended up on the floor, with the bike on top of me. I bruised my left leg so bad from the fall, that I went to the Emergency this pasted Saturday. I would like to return the bike. I ordered it on Jan 7, 2026, order number %232000144-41381697.
