It has really helped tone my body. This helps you through the times you can't get out and be physical. I don't really care for going to the gym, I am not comfortable with my weight, no time, and I like being home. I was working out (during the winter) 4 days a week for 15 mins. I wasn't wanting to build a ton of muscle. I also was watch what I eat and drink.

This product arrived very quickly. It was very well packaged and all parts were accounted for. It took about 1 1/2 hours to put together (I'm a woman in her 50s and I did this alone); the instructions were very clear. The elliptical is solid and works very well

We purchased this machine a week ago and it arrived on time. We were concerned regarding assembly as we wanted to be prepared once it arrived. I will have to say, we did not encounter too many issues when assembling this machine. The app is great to use too.

Everything in regards to the purchase and use of this has been perfect! Delivered quickly. Easy to put together - the directions were clear. And it's nice and compact which I love. Works great!

Please be patient when it comes to assembling this device. It took me roughly 2 hours to fully assemble the elliptical and I had no major issues. Still I'm curious to know how it would fit back in the box. I don't recommend using the elliptical on anything other than a solid surface as it tends to wobble. It could use a slightly broader base as one generates a lot of force when in use. I recommend using the backward motion for a better leg and glutes workout. The forward motion tends to be tight in motion, but that's just me. For the money, it's a decent machine. I have purchased other items from Sunny and have had great use of their equipment.

The Elliptical it was just ok for me, it was having some problems putting it together and I was using it having some issues, but iam going to keep the Elliptical but I will not buy anything else.

I wanted to love this machine but it's just not very well made, it came without bolts that fit and I ended up at the hardware store. I asked for replacement bolts and received no help. Stick to their bikes... I guess I should have realized due to the price that it wouldn't be great but yeah I'm disappointed with my purchase. Not the most stable machine either.

I have size 12 shoes. They are too large for the foot pedals and they do not sell others. The description does not indicate a max size for your feet so it was a surprise. Other than that issue, the machine works fine and as advertised.

Unable to install the machine right after purchasing it. On the pad, it is not able to screw in and now waiting for the replacement
