Sunny Health & Fitness Inversion Table, Traction Reset Table for Stretch and Decompression

Very easy to assemble, very easy to use. Product works very good and is user friendly. Has def. helped with back problems.

I was skeptical, but after assembling and using it seemed to work pretty good. I've used it two or three times and I can notice a difference in my back pain. I would recommend this to others.

I suffer from 3 degenerative discs, 2 bulging discs, one herniated disc and bad sciatic pain. I've been hospitalized twice because I couldn't stand. So I was desperate. I ordered this exact model, used it early on Saturday morning for about 5-10 minutes. I would turn the wheel for more tension about every minute or so to feel the stretch. Then immediately iced my back right after for about 15-20 minutes. The next day was the first day in 15 years that I lived without back pain. Best purchase I've made for my back treatment so far and that's saying something because if you saw the absolute arsenal of back pain relief gadgets I have, you'd be blown away lol. For reference, I'm 6'1 at 290 lbs.

Easy to construct, works as described. Caution: it is easy to over stretch your back. Be very careful to increase tension in SMALL increments over time..

I have 4 herniated discs two of which are pretty bad. I've only used it 5 times and it does seem to work and provide relief but I'm still getting used to developing a routine that works best for me without overdoing it. I only wish it had a donut hole to rest my face to make it easier to lie on my stomach which I feel is a more effective stretch. Otherwise I'm impressed with its sturdiness and ease of use as well as easy adjustability so other family members can use it as well.

Opens me up in between the chiro visits with the BIG Decormpression table! BUT one issue- I have a sway back. At the chiro, they put pillows under my knees. This machine cannot accommodate that, but it would be great if the Highest footrest were the lowest, thus lifting my legs and taking pressure off my sway back. Is there any way to accomplish getting my back to lie flat?

Works better than the inversion table I used to own and much more comfortable. While it does stretch the lumbar as I hoped it is unclear how to best make use of the machine due to limited (no) instruction. Hope to continue to see improved results to offset the significant cost

I have used an inversion table in the past. I thought since I am older now 70+, I would be better off with this product. It's awkward, difficult to make adjustments, very uncomfortable lying totally flat and heavy. I will give it a try. Maybe a slight incline on the bench or where the feet go might make it easier.
