I am loving my new elliptical. Easy to assemble and very efficient. Very smooth and not a noisy!

I've had my Sunny Elliptical for two weeks, and I love it! I was able to do the assembly methodically in a timely manner and was pleased with that accomplishment (I'm a small __quote__senior__quote__ female)! Instructions are clear and all necessary tools are included. The machine is very quiet---a very important feature to me. My workouts are as intense as I need them to be with easy adjustment of the tension. Just can't say enough good things about this elliptical.

This started off on the wrong foot when the FedEx delivery driver left the box at the bottom of a flight of stairs. The Walmart instructions were to leave it at the door. I had to hire someone to move it up the stairs and into my home. It took 3 hours to assemble but was not difficult. After using the machine daily for 2 weeks it developed a loud clanking noise on one side. I sent a video to the Sunny Health Co but have received no response. I am considering returning this machine.

I'm not sure whether this review is positive or negative. It certainly is factual. I purchased this product through the Walmart website. In the second part of the first step in assembly, I was unable to attach the main frame to the "rail," because the holes did not line up. I called customer service at Sunny Health and Fitness. The person I spoke with seemed eager to help and asked me to send pictures of the serial number and the misaligned holes. I sent pictures and received the following reply: "Thank you for providing the requested information. I have spoken with a technician and they believe it could be mainframe damage. Unfortunately, because this is the mainframe, there is no replacement part that we as the manufacturer can send out to solve the issue. I would recommend reaching out to Walmart for an exchange of a new unit. If you do not want to ship the whole bike back, it may be possible to gently hammer it back into place with a hammer and a piece of cardboard to avoid damage. Before trying this, please reach out to Walmart first to see if they could offer a partial refund for this and to ensure that you do not violate their warranty." I went to Walmart's email confirmation of my order, clicked on "start a return," and followed the prompts. Walmart immediately agreed to refund my money and gave me a choice between shipping the product and taking it to a Walmart store. I took it to a store. No problem. Painless return.

once assembled, it squeaks and in my case the belt started shriveling up

I havent been able to use it. I started to put it together but got stuck at the tension cable and gauge. Ican't get the gauge to go in the tension bracket. I cant wait to try it

Trash. Hard to put together and when you do put it together it's not stable at all. Stay away from this item save your money and buy a good quality one sunny fitness is a horrible company I will be returning this item and getting my money back

Order Sunny health and fitness Sf-E3810 One of the stabilizer bars had been re-welded to a brand new machine with gray paint but it didn't match the stabilizer bar that the rollers go on was crooked. The shiny metal on the Pedals wasn't finished properly cut my finger it's jagged metal on each pedal. What a piece of junk how can any company let something like that out the door.
