Ordered for friend. Everything works well, I didn't assemble but told it took about 2 hours. Person using is handicapped so important it be stable and easy to get on and off.
I was impressed as a 60+aged woman I could put this together all by myself. The seat is very comfortable; not feeling well I haven't been able to use it too much yet.

I returned the bike because it was too hard to pedal even on the lowest setting. it was a nice sturdy bike but to difficult for me
I like the bike but it making clicking noise when I pedal. How do I send it back?
Very hard to put together although advertised as very easy. Described as comfortable and it is not!
