Its only been 3 days. There is on or two steps missing in the directions. I almost sent it back with the reason that it does not work/faulty. Thank goodness I asked a friend to take a look. Its great on my back compared to the convention bike that has you leaning into the handlebars. There is no abdominal workout due to the difference in leg extension compared to the other type bike but I rather another 15minutes added onto my exercise routine fir abs than back aches.

Assembly was simple and directions are clear. My husband spent about 45 mins putting everything together. First impression, bike is very sturdy. I was worried the seat would be uncomfortable since I weigh close to 200 but I feel very comfortable and safe on this bike.

I thought I would need my neighbor's help to assemble the bike, but realized he's already got a lot on his plate. So I opened the box, took out the parts, and looked at the instruction booklet. At first it looked as if there were tons of parts and hardware. I looked at it again the next day and realized that all those lines and numbers made it crystal clear how to do things. I haven't finished, as I have a deadline I'm working on, but I feel quite sure that in spite of my 79 years this will not be difficult. I just do one step each evening, to keep my mind uncluttered. The quallity of the parts seems very durable.

This recumbent bike is the best. The seat and back are very comfortable. The handlebars and the side handles are very easy to use. The monitor is perfect because it shows all of your stats; time, distance, calories, heart rate, and speed. The seat and resistance are very easy to adjust. I am very happy with this purchase and hope to get many miles of riding on it.

I had an issue with one of the parts. Emailed them and they were able to send out the new part that same week. I was able to put the bike together the following week and it works well. They were proactive and met all my expectations. This review is based strictly on my experience with Sunny and of course the bike and I am confident in recommending them as they stand by their product.

Great ( so far ) recumbent bike, for the money. Purchased this to help during double knee replacement & hip surgery. Easy to assemble. ( just pay close attention when hooking up tension cable ; you can actually pull the connecting loop 'up' from the neck to make that connection easier. ) All in all, quiet , inexpensive and small footprint. ( * note * wife is 5'2__quote__ ; with seat all the way forward, she reaches pedals easily. ) ( Only complaint, so far, is the seat adjustment knob. It can be difficult for arthritic hands. If you're using bike for yourself only...no problem. Set it, and forget it. )

i ordered this bike on line and we put it together and the computer part is not there. Have been trying to get someone at the company to talk to us.

Large crack down the side by front wheel

The only easy aspect of this company or it's products was the purchase. Besides that just horrid. The bike came and we put it together. It did not work. Called them and had us do trouble shooting which also consisted of us having to take it all apart including the cover. The cover would not come off unless we broke it off. Could not fix it. Called the company for a return. They told me I WAS NEGLEGENT because I couldn't remove the cover!!!!! They would not cover the cost of the return. How am I at fault when I bought a brand new product that is supposed to work. I did not buy a used machine. Then they have the gall to try and make me feel inadequate because i was unable to repair it. I SHOULD NOT have to repair a bike I bought NEW!!!! AVOID this company and it's products at all costs! Horrible
