Works good so far!

We love it! My husband and I both under 250 pounds found this elliptical to be comfortable and easy to use. We're on our 3rd month and have not found any issues. Elliptical feels extremely sturdy and is quiet with every movement. I'm seeing a difference in my legs and so happy I found this gem!

I feel like I am using a commercial piece of equipment, this is top notch! I had to adjust the legs to keep the bottom from scraping my mat but that was easy. Now I hear a light clicking sound on the right side in my stride on the down stroke but I believe something needs tightened, I'm just not good at this technical stuff! All in all, the machine glides smoothly and quietly and is a very good workout! I am on level 1 and look forward to upgrading to each level as I get accustomed to the workouts! I feel good about my choice in this brand and model!

Quiet, smooth, well-made. Only challenge is that I am 5'0 and although in speaking with a customer rep I was assured this elliptical was suited for my stride it is not. So I have to stay hyper-focused on remaining in exact form regardless of how long I work out. No reading or changing foot positions:) my husband is 5'10� and it fits him perfectly. Recommend a different elliptical for those 5__quote__ or under.

Initially was unhappy when I found a crack on one of the parts but Sunny stood by their product and sent me a replacement. So far I'm really happy with their service and with the product overall!!

Great machine! I love it so far! It's super quiet and the resistance levels go from easy to hard so I think it's great for anyone to use. Highly recommend this machine.

I am extremely pleased with my purchase. This is a solid machine and works flawlessly. There is a wide range of resistance levels and if I'm ever bored with my workout, I can train using the workout programs that are installed. What a great value!

I've been very impressed with the quality of the Sunny elliptical glider. I am on day 9 and I am already seeing a difference in my stamina. Highly recommend.

I ordered the sunny Health elliptical. The part to connect the adapter was wasn't attached , so I haven't been able to use it . The company won't answer the phone and told me to email them . I still have received a reply. I paid for someone to put it together. The part that is missing in manufacturing default. I will not pay to have someone take it apart to attach anything. I definitely will not pay for someone to disassemble to ship back . Very disappointed.

I barely used this machine because it took so long for someone to help put it together. I recently noticed the area that I am supposed to plug the machine into is missing. I was sent a video after emailing customer service. My machine doesn't work and all they did was send me a YouTube video on how I might be able to fix something I didn't break. They requested my receipt, address, and pictures to send me a YouTube video. I'm beyond upset that I barely used this machine and now it's broke after 3 months of sitting in my home. Why would something like that just fall out somewhere?
