the twist stepper I have used 3 days now. it is harder then I thought. I do a total of 13 minutes out of 30 minutes so far ( I walk in between sets). I am glad it gives good resistance. was easy to set up . so far no sweaks. I thought it was sturdy also

I found this stepper to be of high quality, easy to set up, minimal assembly. I was using it within 5 minutes. What I like the best about this stepper is that I can use it while I am doing desk work, searching the net, entering data on spreadsheets. I step at a lower speed but consistently while accomplishing other things. Sometimes, I have accumulative of 1-2 hours of climbing stairs with this by the time I am done with my desk work. I then use the arms when I am watching an online course or video. It is fun to be learning or watching something enjoyable while I get my workout. When first stepping on it, it feels stiff and hard to press down but after the cable warms a bit it eases up. I am in reasonably good shape but not a fitness junky and I really like it. Just elevate your laptop on the box it comes in on your work surface and it is at the right height to work on. Just an idea that works for me.

I was so excited to get this and start working out with it. It will prove to give me what I'm looking for in the long run. I only started using it just 4 days ago and I can say it's hurting me pretty good in a good way. Works the legs, gluts, thighs, and arms if you use the bands, I placed my stepper on a rubber mat so it doesn't wear on the carpet and it slides ever so slighter but not enough to even notice until your workout is complete and see you've walk it a couple inches. I don't like to go to public gyms so I have purchased a few little items I can use to make my own home gym. This is one things that you can benefit from as I know I have.

I have a gym membership but wanted something for home. Space and quality were important considerations. I typically use the elliptical machines at the gym and considered a stepper on a recommendation from a coworker. I researched different makes and models and found that this Sunny stepper was rated in the top available for the price. I ordered it on-line and picked it up at the store. The stepper comes out of the box pretty much assembled (you just have to attach the counter and bands). It is sturdy and the foot pedals are large and wide so no slipping off. I was surprised that I worked up a sweat the first time I used it. I get on it for 30 minutes in the morning before work or in the evenings watching TV. The bands add for a more full body work. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend it.

This is a great workout machine very sturdy and very quiet. With the step motion and twist along with the arm pull system you get a really great workout. It has a digital display steps, calories burned and a tension control so you can control the kind of workout you want. Doesn't take up a lot of room when I use it I get a really good workout. Great product, very affordable. The foot pads are generously sized I wear a women's size 11 and there's plenty of room.

Am up to two hundred steps a day which gives my heart and legs a great workout! Resistance a little tough but who said life was easy! Highly recommend.

I received this several days ago and find it well built. I have used it each day for about 10 to 15 minutes and found it gives a good workout. I'm glad I purchased it.

This twist stepper is built very strong. After using it the first five minutes, you can feel it in your upper and lower legs. I haven't used the resistance bands yet because I have poor balance and need to hold on to something strong while I do my exercise.

I have had the stepper for two weeks, and am overall pleased with it. It is of surdy construction, but very compact. The instructions say that you should use only 15 minutes at a time, I assume because the parts heat too much with use, which I think limits the functionality. I use it more to supplement my cardio workouts rather than replace them, so I can work around that. My former mini stepper broke (twice, the same part), after only a few weeks' use, so time will tell if this one will hold up.

This was purchased for my father in law with very bad knees, he is able to use sitting down on the couch. Lowest setting is a work out but as a 72 year old he's pleased it's getting easier, meaning he's getting stronger. I recommend this product.
