so far, it has been a great product to add to the home gym. it really holds up and is collapasable for quick, easy storage if needed

This stepper is very sturdy for its size. Easy to set up and very easy to use. I like that it fold. What i dont like is the instructions show that you have to lay it flat and not standing up. I have limited space, there is no way I can take up a 5 to 6 feet of floor space and there no room under the bed if it would even fit under it.

Very happy with the new step climber. I bought the climber to build up leg strength. I'm 62 and sometimes too busy to make it to the gym. The climber is small and does not have a big foot print in my studio apartment. I noticed if I add resistance bands to my workout I can feel a stronger burn in my legs. My only worry is the small vibration it causes on my hardwood floors, but I added thick rubber interlocking pads to help in the noise reduction. Overall a great machine. Thanks, Ron

I'm really enjoying it for my petite woman body frame. I look forward to using it after work. I've been using it a few days for about 10-15 min a day and already feel better.

I am only 5 foot three and there's not enough range of movement. Plus, I need the handlebars as high as possible for my shorter stature. In other words, this would not be good for a taller person. Also, I am disappointed that you cannot adjust the resistance. It is difficult to keep the foot pads from banging at the bottom of the rails. In addition, the computer is very rudimentary. I have no idea how it's supposed to help you hook up to any type of video program, heart, monitor, etc.

i didnt like that it doesnt have resistance, its not very smooth, its just those feet peddels sliding on metal, it feels like you have to hold yourself up instead of resisting the movement.

We were so excited to receive the step climber. It was very easy to assemble. We used it once and unfortunately, the second time we used it the LCD monitor that tracks your time, counts steps taken and calories burned no longer functioned. The only thing that it did display was the pulse rate. We took it apart to ensure that all the connections were all plugged in correctly and we changed the batteries but it still did not function. We were very disappointed that we had to return it.
