I just got this today and my son put it together for me. I thought it was just a quick screw to attach the handlebars, but it was a bit more involved. It was packed CrAzY good in styrofoam and cardboard, so that took a bit of time to remove. It needs batteries (2 AAA) and we didn't find any, so I don't think they're included. (Otherwise, they got lost in all of the packaging). It seems to be really well made. I am not a skinny girl.... working on it, but I'm currently pushing 250, so I was nervous about it not being able to handle my weight. So far, it seems really sturdy and I think it will survive just fine. I am looking forward to becoming less sedentary and more mobile. I have some health limitations and it has led to me being a bit of a couch potato (don't judge) so I'm taking the first steps 😁 to getting moving. I would definitely recommend it if you're just looking to step in place.

im a over the road truck driver. i bought this stepper for my weightloss journey. its very small and compact and fits in my truck. the only con is i wish the foot rest was a little wider it cant fit my whole foot. other than that i love it

Small can be better!
Like it since lighter, smaller, easier & less expensive to walk on versus the bigger model I purchased several months ago for male me since small female in home can use it.

Excellant for those who work from home
I purchased this for my work from home son who spends hours daily on his computer. It is perfect for brief periods of exercise throughout the day. The small footprint allows him to keep it near his work station.

Good value for the money
Good value for the money but at three hundred pounds that I am is probably maximum weight. does agood job targeting leg and glut muscles. thumbs up
