Once you get past the complicated instructions and the fact that most of the hardware is attached to the parts (which is unclear - I called customer service thinking they forgot to include the hardware), it's a great sturdy bike. I put it together on my own in an hour. I bought it for my 70 year old mom and she likes the workout she's getting from it. It's sturdy enough to support her 200 pounds.

This is a well made sturdy bike. I am a small person so its a little hard to peddle for me but the more I use it the easier it gets. Seems you can get a good work out on it and I would recommend it. I had someone put it together for me so I can't comment on that.

be prepared for a good hour of putting this together. and you will need some more tools than what they give you, however you do get most of the tools. tech support is in America and it's very good. you'll want to watch the video on how to put this together and it's easier. this will get your heartbeat up and running and fast. so far it's very durable except the plastic body that you might step up on. I have one of the hand poles screw come out, but I tightened it and so far not much problems. the seat is average comfortable but not really great. but you will find the majority of these bikes except for the echo to not be very comfortable. the gel seat I ordered into addition to this did not work well. the led length doesn't work very well, but a good sports watch will go far with this. I use a 6 days a week and it doesn't show any signs of breaking down. however Mount this by putting your foot on the pedals and not the plastic casing and everything will be fine. also they don't tell you but you need to put oil on the chain every two months which means you have to take off the plastic cover. that's the only problem. but for 290 bucks? it is well packed and well worth the money. you won't get a better deal for this price for an assault bike then what is here.

The seat didn't adjust up far enough but other than that it was a great investment

Received earlier than first scheduled. Box looked rough but contents in perfect shape, packed extremely well with thought. Took part of 2 days to assemble with no problems. Wrenches, Phillip head, Allen wrenches needed included was a nice touch. Grease lubricant even included where needed. I added a bit more. Very nice seat that adjusts easily with plenty room if you're shorter or taller than our 6'2” and 5'9 1/2” heights. Really like the foot pegs when knees not up to pedaling. Also moving wheels make it easy to move around.

Worked well for the first 5 days, then it started off putting out a real loud squeal. I took the side covers off hoping to find the cause of the racket, but to no avail. I called up the customer service number, but they want you to go on line. I am returning it to Walmart ans will not buy another of this brand.

I bought it thinking it's good for the whole body, it isn't, the handles r not in the right place and it's hard. Don't buy if you have knee another issue, not worth the money anyhow.

The assembly for this is confusing with way too many parts and very time confusing. Even though the product is cheap, would not buy for the asembly alone. The manufacturer could pre assembled many parts to make easier.
