Took three hours to assemble but instructions and parts were clear and labeled . works like it should so far as only had for less then a month. I do like it better than a treadmill

At my heaviest, I weighed 260 lbs. This machine is rated for 330 lbs. Yet my last (same) machine's foot support bar snapped in half after almost 3 years of daily use. But I still just bought the same model as a replacement because while it worked it was a great machine. Hopefully, I get more life and length out of this one.

Being over 200 lbs I needed a machine that is stable and sturdy. This elliptical fit the bill. It supports weight well and performs quietly. The movements are smooth and there's a lot of resistance to work with. I'm actually enjoying working out on this machine.

The item was delivered with damage

The box was left on my door step after I had went to bed around 10:21 p.m. Luckily, I had gotten up and checked the website and went and brought the box in. I wish they'd delivered it during the day. Not sure if it would have been there the next morning. Please have Fed Ex deliver during the day. Lastly, there were scratches and a whole 3 -4 cm on the side of the box. Looks like they may have dropped it. I will give another update once the machine is put together.

It was received on time but I have not been able to assemble it yet, thus unable to rate the actual machine. However I'm confident it will turn be fine.

Have used it 5-6 times. There was a grinding near the fly wheel which seemed a little unbalanced, I had to adjust it to keep it from grinding against the inside post. Comfortable to use just a little noisy. Going to go and check that everything is tightened. It's stable and doesn't move when using it, which I like.

Horrible machine. Something snapped within the first three months making it impossible to use. Customer service was no help. If I knew then what I know now, I would have chosen a different machine. Money thrown down the drain. Very disappointing. 🙁🙁🙁

Shipped defective. Out of the box the pre-built wheel rotated and made a grinding noise at same point in each rotation. Seems to be several comments about this defect. My advice is to try to rotate the wheel first before taking 3 hours to put it together only to realizing the pre-built parts are defective. Very disappointing.
