Sunny Health & Fitness Training Cycling Bike - SF-B1913

I have used the SF-B1913 for about a month now. Upon delivery it will take a dolly to move as the box is too heavy for even two people to carry. The bike was extremely well packaged and you will need a sharp knife to remove the myriad of tape and strapping material holding all the molded foam in place to protect the bike in transit. My home gym is on a second floor so I unpackaged the bike downstairs carried the disassembled bike piece by piece up the stairs into its final destination. This was a good idea. Assembly of the bike is simple and tools necessary to perform the task were included. Within 30-40 minutes, any person with average mechanical skills should be able to complete the bike. The bike is very stout and solid. The pedals, cranks, and heavy flywheel have an excellent smooth feel and have worked well to this point. The magnetic resistance device is excellent and takes about 12 half turns to go from completely free to full lock down. It has been easy to use a half turn to approximate the 10% increments commonly used in peloton digital cycling videos. The magnetic resistance also serves as an emergency brake which will stop the wheel simply by pressing the red knob down and stops the wheel quickly without disrupting the bike. The bike has many adjustments to allow the user to custom fit the saddle height, fore and aft and well as handlebar fore and aft adjustment. The water bottle rack is within reach when riding and does not interfere with leg movement. The bike comes equipped with pedals that use a cage on one side and a Shimano clip-less pedal on the opposite side which is typically an extra add-on to most bikes in this price category. Also included is a cadence meter and heart rate monitor using contacts on the handlebar. This was my primary reason for purchasing this model. Out of the box the bike is ready to go and there is no need to __quote__hack__quote__ the bike to compare to a Peloton. Overall the bike has the feel of high quality and I have been both impressed and satisfied with this purchase. I cannot comment on durability at this point but I am optimistic it will perform well for years to come.

This is really my first __quote__spinning__quote__ bike experience. I've used the generic exercise bikes at the gym, but none like this._x000D_ With no experience, I figured that I should get one with the monitor, with the SPD pedal option, a heavier fly wheel (because I'm a large guy), more adjustable handlebars, and the magnetic resistance. This one met all my criteria in my price range._x000D_ When I unboxed it, I was impressed at how solid and heavy-duty all the parts are. It was fairly easy to put together, took about hour. I found some youtube videos on how to __quote__set up__quote__ a bike (seat height, etc). The monitor is pretty easy to understand after reading the instructions and watching a video._x000D_ The only complaint I have - and this seems to be universal with this type of bike - is that there's no good resistance indicator. I'd be happy with any sort of indicator that would show how many turns or half-turns I've made, to have a way to easily see what resistance level I'm at. I have seen a few such things on Etsy so maybe I'll get one. Otherwise, it's met and exceeded my expectations and I have no worries that it'll fall apart any time soon, if ever._x000D_ I'm surprised that they market other models more. Maybe because this one is a little more $$$ ? IDK

Our Sunny model SF-B1913 is a great addition to our family and our sanity. This bike is quiet and solidly built, with the most comfortable seat I've experienced so far on spin bikes. Riding out of the saddle feels secure and the various handlebar configurations are comfortable. The electronic monitor is helpful but it does not seem to have to have an On/Off switch. Perhaps it goes to sleep on its own, but I've been taking the batteries out. The instruction manual does not mention sleep mode. A small inconvenience for a great bike and a good price!

I'm very happy with this bike. I'm 5'11 and I think it fits me well after adjusting it appropriately. I use it with the Peloton app, streaming to my tv and the experience has been excellent. I've taken many in-person spin classes before so if you are completely new to spin, your experience might differ. I love that the bike has a built in cadence sensor which helps immensely when using it with the Peloton app. Shipping was fast, setup was not difficult and I haven't had any problems yet (about 12 rides in). It's very quiet and sturdy. I love it (and the money I saved not buying a Peloton).

I am very happy with my purchase. I put it together by myself in about 30 to 45 minutes, only one bloody knuckle. I chose this bike for the flywheel weight, magnetic resistance, pedal q factor, and adjustable seat and handlebars. The only downside is the weight and I wasn't able to bring it upstairs to my bedroom. The digital monitor is ehh... but still nice to have one. I would highly recommend.

I was looking for solid, good value aerobic exercise equipment since we are planning on avoiding gyms for the near future due to the COVID-19 pandemic. My wife has a lot of experience with spinning bikes with her memberships at places like Soul Cycle and Crunch. We didn't think that the Peloton universe was worth it. After doing a lot of online research, so many people recommended Sunny Health and Fitness, mostly the 1805. So I did my own research on the Sunny website, looking for the most recent model that had a large 45 lb flywheel, belt drive, magnetic resistance, iPad holder, cadence monitor, 4 way adjustment for the handlebars and seat, and hybrid pedals, the Training Cycling Bike SF-B1913 fit the bill. It's a solid spinning bike. The cadence monitor helps you sync up better with workouts that use those numbers like the Peloton app which comes cheaper for non-Peloton owners. The larger flywheel allows for better standing up biking moments. The click in pedals for people who have spinning shoes are top quality with the option to have a toe cage if you don't have special shoes. Very sturdy and quiet. Ordering directly from the Sunny Health and Fitness website worked great. Bike was delivered quickly and very well packaged. Putting the bike together was very easy with easy to read instructions. My wife and I highly recommend this bike! Get it now!

I love this bike. It's quiet and I can workout at 5:30 in the morning without waking the kids up. It's only been a few days and I definitely feel a difference in my physical and mental state. Look into this bike! You won't regret it!

The belt driven 44 lb flywheel is QUIET. This is definitely a professional grade spin bike. It has been fun to ride playing with the various resistance levels and I look forward to seeing results!

The bike is very sturdy, and rides well. Obviously, it's not connected to the web, so you're running your own class on your phone or iPad. Overall, I think it's a great value. My only cons are that the petals squeak a little after about a month of use, and the device holder is poorly placed. It should be higher and/or out in front more. I sweat all over my tablet where they have it now. That said, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend it.

Good bike except for decreasing the tension. Increasing tension works fine, but turning the knob to decrease the tension doesn't work unless I stop the flywheel by hitting the brake. Shouldn't have to stop the workout to adjust the tension. Speaking of the brake, have to push very hard to get it to work.
