I like the ease and talk another bike. it did get me out of breath at one point. I was even able to go up to 200. I did feel a little burn after exercising. But I've been busy lately. I'm starting back up on it. I almost didn't think, and had to go back and look to see if I had the correct bike. I was looking for the part that you put your phone on. I do like that and I like the fact that it is adjustable and it turns. I did do some of the exercise that they had that her exercise were nothing in relations to the row and ride. But just looking at it, I just pushed and pushed. I'm not sure because I haven't been able to find the exercises of someone showing the row and ride. we're all in all the I did as a female, installed it and it was very easy. And it does work your arms out as well I don't think as much but it does work maybe I just need to be on it a little more which I plan on doing. with that I will do an update on it

Great workout

It was packed very well, assembly instructions were thoughtful, the tools and nut/bolts were laid out clearly ("step 1: use this bolt and that allen wrench to join X and Y"). I am an assembly-impaired older lady so it took me several hours to put it together, carefully following the instructions. I started the seat at mid-point, and moved it back a notch so my knees wouldn't hurt. This machine is a great way to move up your fitness program a notch. Sunny has posted plenty of online video workouts to follow. All in all I'm very glad I bought this.

Row-N-Ride Pro Squat is a great machine for toning and muscle building for legs and butt, also help to strengthen your back. It's not only for younger people; I'm 76. The machine is quiet, smooth, and easy to adjust for resistance. Putting it together is a bit of a chore if you are doing it alone .. took me a couple of hours; though I did stop to have a cup of tea😄

If your looking for a machine that is quiet, look else where. It's a solid machine, but it does make noise.

Easier for 2 to assemble. Read over the assembly instructions and watch a YouTube workout video to see how the equipment moves for an easier assembly. It was difficult to assemble because the holes for the front feet were a bit off so washers were not required. The main bar was not aligned to hold the hydraulics cylinder straight so there was a screeching noise and the row action was not smooth. Good exercise equipment concept with resistant bars to workout arms and legs, but with all the deficiencies, the equipment did not perform well. The handle bar height is not adjustable and found it too high for my 5'3" frame. I found it difficult to move into storage when folded as the feet do not roll and is not compact. Disappointed with the assembly and trial and returned. Grateful for a full refund.

The Pro even though it cost more than the Smart does not have app assistance for training videos like it is advertised to have. The Smart has app assistance for the training videos.
