i absolutely love this exerciser. There are no motors or electrronics to assist you in your workout so you get a true workout. I opted for the beefier 27 pound unit with the 330 lb weight capacity since i am a tad over 200 lb. the adjustments are sufficient to allow me or my 7 and 8 year old grandkids to use it. the seat placement allows for deep or shallow squats based on the condition of your hips and knees. I did not find much time to fiddle with the digital monitor and besides nearly everyone is sporting digital fitness monitoring watches these days. i had to modify the foot pedals for comfort. the wavy tread pattern is far too agressive to use the machine barefooted or in socks, so i sanded down the peaks of the waves. with the thread sand off you won't slip unless you are wearing hard sole shoes instead of your exercise sneakers. Also, the adjusting pin tip for the handle tube is too flat to easily find the hole in the tube, so i ground the tip round so that it could more easily squeeze into the hole in the handlebar tube.

I'd been wanting this for a while and finally got it. I'm very happy with the purchase as it is a good workout for your legs, butt and arms. In fact, I felt it everywhere lol but then I'm out of shape. There are 3 bands so you can make it harder at you improve. I've started with one and it is a great workout and gets my heart pumping.

After reading so many reviews I made up my mind to purchase this machine. It came on time in good Condition. It Took me 10 minutes to assemble , I didn’t even need the book. This machine will give you a full body workout I love that it’s quiet and can be folded, doesn’t take up any space. I will definitely recommend

This rowing machine came exactly when they say it would the rower was very very easy to set up and I'm very very happy with my purchase I received it within seven days and I love it! I would recommend this rower machine I felt the results in my upper shoulder arms, my lower stomach, and my knees.

Im very out of shape for a 53 year old woman. Started to use it without tension straps. I felt it exactly on my body as they advertised the next day. Especially on thighs and butt! Easy to put together, but did think the instructions were a little confusing. Took 20 min to put together by myself. I love that it can fold up and be stored. The timer/tracker absolutely sucks. So far I am loving it.

Great machine for the price. Easy to set up, use, and put away. That helps me stay motivated to use it regularly. Wish there were workout ideas with the packaging, but there us a card that gives website for training videos. Also, there is a weight limit, 220lbs, I think. Didnt remember seeing that in the website description.

Very simple to put together! I love the fact that most of it was already put together. My 9 year old is using it without any issues. This was an excellent buy at an affordable price.

Very sturdy and easy to assemble, i like how it doesn’t take up too much space. Worked out on it for 10 mins and was already sweating! Really great machine puts you to work! Very happy with my purchase over all!

EXCELLENT...seat could extend back a tad more but all in all it is a worth it booty whooper exerciser. I am not able to jog and run or even walk to any extent so I am pretty much confined to aerobic type exercise with balance control. This machine along with my maxi climber gives me all I need to stay in shape.

It arrived on January 28, 2021. I opened it on January 30th to assemble on, but the arm that connects the seat doesn't not align. I therefore could not complete the assembly and cannot give a review on the functionality. I've emailed the company to see how this issue will be resolved. I will update my review after a resolution is provided and if I'm able to use the equipment.
