Love it. Exactly what I was looking for

I had been using this foam box for over 4 years at the fitness gym where my Chiropractic Rehabilitation office is located. This facility has a large population of very fit athletes from highs school to pro's and they use these boxes for their plyometric jumps frequently. They beat the heck out of every piece of equipment and most everything gets destroyed and has to be replaced, including things like Kevlar medicine Balls. In fact, despite the many high end members, the owner once told me __quote__this place is one step above a prison__quote__. This is a good quality box. I've missed and fell on the edge without feeling crazy pain and was able to go again right after. I highly recommend this if you're serious about training.

Great piece of equipment! Wish I had found this sooner. The different heights make workouts more fun. There's so much you can do with this plyo box. It's holding up well even though it's been through a lot from 2 guys using it twice a week.

The exercises that my sons use the box for are already paying off...they are quicker off the ball and more explosive on the field...combined with their ability to understand the game and their fundamentals makes them unstoppable on the football field.

This is an excellent addition to my home gym. Just what I needed, perfect height and it doesn't move!

It's bigger than I thought. Does what I need it to do. I like the way it's designed so if I miss the jump it doesn't hurt so bad.

My daughters use it for gymnastics training! It works well! Happy with this purchase!

Works well for me set up in my carpeted basement with my bare feet. As a 72 year old, the lowest position is high enough at 20 inches. Not sure how stable it would be at the higher positions with a smaller base.

Super sturdy and has great padding. Would purchase again.
