Love the product, put it in the microwave for about five seconds to melt. Easy to pour on my scalp. However, I did not like the fragrance.

Smells good and works well for my hair.

I would not recommend this product, the smell is awful, the smoothness of the product makes it hard to apply to hair and scalp, the product does not replicate as advertised.

It is authentic batana oil. The scent is more like you've been near a fire pit, if you dont mind that scent it does make your hair soft. We will use it, not to waste products, time or money.
