Sunnydaze 36" Square Steel Mesh Black Fire Pit Spark Screen Cover

Works great keeping debris out of my fire pit. The heat from the flames has warped the mesh and I am a little concerned the metal mesh will disintegrate. So we remove the cover when we light a fire.

The product is very nice. There are complete fire pits out there for either the same money or less. Also, I thought it would be nice if they included a poker for the logs with this cover. The top gets hot and you need something to lift it off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a heavy duty fire pit screen. And it looks great! However, I had a small issue with it, as it had been banged up during shipment, and was not square. So the company did the right thing. They sent me a new one. No questions asked. That's a sign of a forward thinking company.

Looks very nice and packaged well for delivery. But, I'm glad I bot the 36" size as it measured only about 34". The next size down would have been too small.

It arrived severely warped. It took a good hour of massaging and bending to get it into a condition to sit flush with my fire pit edge. If it were made of cheaper metal I would have returned it

labeled as heavy duty but is not heavy duty at all. It is light weight and flimsy especially the mesh wire. It started immediately having paint falling off/ melting away which opened it up to allow rust to start within a week. save your money and buy a cheaper version because they are equivalent in quality. Once again this is not heavy duty as listed and not worth this cost because of that.

I've ordered and used this product many times . Looks great on my fire pit but rusts away after 2 years. This last one I ordered arrived severely damaged and had had to send it back .

Wrong size, ordered 36" X 36".

I got this fire pit screen in the 36" size to go with the sunnydaze 36" fire pit insert. The spark screen outer diameter is SMALLER than the inside diameter of the fire pit insert, which means that the spark screen falls into the fire pit and will not stay on top of the insert. This is dumb and disappointing. Especially for how much these items cost. Did no one ever make sure these products worked together?? It's very disappointing and frustrating.
