We are very pleased with this fountain. It adds good feelings to our covered patio. Our friends all like it as well. We are a little disappointed in the lighting but otherwise it's great.

What does snow in May have to do with my fountain? It's all about the packaging. I'll start by saying my fountain is great (set up in 10 minutes), and the customer service is always exceptional. But packaging with giant pieces of Styrofoam that don't fit into the largest of trash cans is a practice that needs to end (cleanup time, 3 hours and still going). I have tiny pieces of Styrofoam floating all over my yard, stuck in my grass and decorative rock, and now floating into the neighbors yard. Never mind the environmental impact, I bought this fountain to make my yard visually appealing. You should consider bubble wrap or air bags, but that may require actual production in the USA. PS, for those who wish to try, getting the little balls of styrofoam wet makes the slightly easier to clean.
