When we received this we were missing 2 parts. The company sent me a completely new holder.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a month ago to keep the wood for my fire pit off the ground. It was very easy to assemble, the instructions are quite clear. It's not overly big but holds a decent amount of logs (I was able to get about 30 on it). It's very sleek and modern in its design, I'm very happy with how it looks on my patio. I would get another one if needed.

Now I have the black Hoop and cover combo to do this. We have it on our back patio and put our wood in it. Works perfect. It's made very well and holds plenty of wood..

Delivered timely. It's your typical Made in China assembly kind thing. It serves it's purpose nicely. I bought the first one from Wayfair and needed a second one, but they were out of stock. Both made by Sunnydaze, same size...but the version I got from Walmart was a different assembly/model. The only thing that bugged me was THIS one had silver/SS non-coated nuts and bolts. IOW, the very connection points stand out.

not as sturdy as I had hoped, and deeper than most of the cut logs I have already! Bummer! So, make sure to purchase the depth that works for you. Had a little trouble assembling. Otherwise, it looks great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wasn't as easy to assemble as I had anticipated, what I thought looked easy took well over an hour for the pieces just didn't want to fit together. Once finally assembled it really holds a good bit of wood and comes with a nice cover. Unit seems to be very sturdy! Maybe it was just me having a difficult time assembling so I will give the benefit of the doubt and would recommend this unit. Since it has a cover I'm using it outside for holding my fire pit wood . I've included the assembly page so you can see simple it looks to assemble.

no assembly directions, just a picture. it seems straight forward enough but the nuts/bolts don't screw in together all the way so the whole product is wobbly and not sturdy.

To start, this came in 8 pieces with no instructions how to put it together, only a fuzzy picture of the pieces. I had to take it apart and start over like 3 times. The nuts on the screws don't actually tighten, so the whole thing is loose and shakes around. Also doesn't look exactly like the picture which made it even harder to figure out.

The first hoop arrived and it is so poorly machined that none of the bolt holes aligned. After spending two hours trying to make it work I called and Sunnydaze customer support sent me a second hoop. This one was still poorly machined, but I was able to force the bolts in to all but one hole. I went to the local store and got a smaller bolt To make it work. It would be nice if the nuts and bolts were painted black to match. Also the hoop is a much shinier black than in the picture. I spray painted the whole thing mat black to look better.
