i love this fire pit! i wanted something large enough to sit around and enjoy in the fall and this does it! it comes with a fire poker too which is handy. I wish i didnt have to completely remove the cover to add wood because its quite sturdy but it is worth the money.
Bought it for a Christmas gift. I have not opened it. I bought after reading the reviews It was the size, and sturdiness I was looking for.
Great size and I like the look. My 14 year old son and I assembled it very easily!
Perfect for my patio.
My outdoor firepit is attractive, well made and its light enough for me to move it anywhere I want (and I'm 66 years old and female). Assembly is a breeze and I recommend this firepit highly.
Purchased this for our cabin up north where it is always cool. It works very well and adds a nice touch to our cozy outdoor space. Light weight, and easy to remove waste. I line it with heavy duty aluminum foil on thr bottom to make it easier to clesn, and last.
Love everything about it! Researched fire pits for weeks and still not sure which way to go, but this one is perfect! Love the large size, easy assembly, easy to move anywhere you want it..but sturdy. Top screen, poker and firepit cover included. Had it about a week, already used it 3 times!!
Nice design and lots of room for good size fire. Great wire mesh spark-arrestor cover too. No drainage holes in bottom. Wish manufacturer had provided drainage holes prior to the protective paint coating. Would be easy to drill some but it might compromise the finish making it more prone to rust where owner's drilling would expose bare metal.
Overall - This is probably not the last fire pit you'll ever buy, but for the money, it's not bad. Poor build quality made it more difficult to assemble, but once it's in place, that's not an issue. This product will do quite nicely for now. Pros- "Distressed" finish is appealing, and it's a nice size. Appreciated that it included the tools needed for assembly. Appreciate that also includes a poker and a bottom grate that will help the fire "breathe" better, and that we didn't have to buy a cover separately. All in all, a decent value in the $200 price range. Cons - We found the build quality to be lacking, which caused it to take longer to assemble. The legs, which are designed to point outwards, don't slide all the way into their slots unless you turn them around and point them inwards. I was still able to install them properly, but it's either a poor design, or an assembly line issue in which the slots were placed and welded to the pit backwards. The outer ring, which is kind of a nice feature, is also somewhat flimsy.
We were so excited to use this firepit this fall! Excitement turned to sadness when it began to rust after the first use, despite using the cover. Total bummer! I'm doubtful it will even last the season.
