it's sturdy and the hook that holds the roll has just enough pressure to make it easy to pull the paper and keep the paper from unwinding

Pretty and heavy enough.....
Bought this to use in our travel trailer and it worked really well. Sturdy and heavy enough to not tip over when traveling. I think it would work even better inside your house.

It's small and base is sturdy, but roll falls off. If there were kids in the household, and can imagine the roll flying off every use. The pin that holds the roll holder in place is loose and moves left to right. I may put it in my RV and look for something else.

Near to the ground, just like a public restroom.
The toilet tissue holder is too short. Otherwise, it is great. I would like to buy a stand that is twice as tall.
