Sunpentown 4.2 Liter Hot Water Dispenser with Dual-Pump System, Off-White

We use this hot water dispenser at work. There is enough water for many of us to have tea all day long. I love that you can unplug the dispenser and the pump still works. The water stays hot for at least 2 hours during our business meeting while unplugged. What a great investment for a fantastic price!

Easy to use. Reliable. Convenient. Good for small kitchen, daily use, and reasonable volume for 1 or 2 people.

Initial hot pot received wouldn't stop boiling. Instead of returning to Walmart, I contacted the Sunpentown Company, the phone number was listed on the manual. What a nice experience! The representative immediately sent form by email, and when scanned and emailed back, rushed a new hot pot to me with a return mail label. Now the pot is here, the other returned and the new one is working perfectly. I like the dispense water pressure. It has probably too many locks to avoid accidental spillage. I am very happy with my purchase, but most especially they company's customer service/warranty.

It's huge. A lot bigger then what I expected. It makes my coffee pot look small. Works great. The only thing I do not like is you have to unplug it when you are not using it. the power button doesn't turn it off. But it stays hot for a long time and you can use the manual dispenser if unplugged. The electric dispenser doesn't work unless you press the lock button to lock the lid. Works great though. Good purchase. I can tell it will last a long time.

Great price, makes life easier. steaming hot water at your fingertips, 24 hours a day. Cheaper than other dispensers with less capability. Only drawback is that the water is not "boiling hot" . Perfect temperature for instant coffee, but not quite hot enough for cup of noodles.

Bought this hot water dispenser for my mom , because she likes to drink hot water and hot tea .And she loves it , easy to use , safe to dispense, and always keep water in a hot temperature. Will buy another one for my uncle .

Dual-pump is great feature, but manual option is slow slow slow. Water heater quickly but to a temp that is almost dangerous to the unwary user. The dispenser spigot is far too close to the body of the device, so it is difficult to fill teapots and such. Like the water gauge, weight of machine, and function buttons.

Worthless piece of junk, does not keep water warm forget about it keeping it hot. Used it once and wanted to return it and because it was over 30 days they would not accept return.

This dispenser was functioning very well only for the first time. After then, the thermostat no longer works, The water will be boiling non-stop until all the water evaporated. I have returned it in about 10 days. It might need a good thermostat.
