Before buying, I did a ton of research ‘cause I was tired of mowers wrecking my grass—patchy spots, uneven cuts, you name it. Turns out, front-wheel drive models like this one are way gentler on the lawn, and this mower didn't disappoint. It's got that floating cutting system which helps it glide over bumps without tearing up the grass.The grass looks super even and healthy now—no more bald patches like I had before. Also, big shoutout to their customer service. When I first got it, I had trouble setting up the app and connecting the mower to Wi-Fi. I reached out to them, and they got back to me within a few hours with clear, easy instructions. Really made me feel like they actually care. Honestly, I'm glad I did my homework—this mower's made life easier!

Sunseeker has a YouTube walkthrough for the X3 Plus setup and it made everything crystal clear. From unboxing to first mow took me about 25 minutes. The boundary mapping through the app was intuitive and worked on the first try.

The X3 Plus uses both AI cameras and RTK for navigation, and you can really tell the difference. It maps super accurately, avoids obstacles smoothly, and the cut lines are perfectly straight. For a 0.3-acre mower, this is top-notch tech.

I have only had this unit for a couple of weeks but l am totally satisfied so far, it will be interesting. It was an easy setup once I placed antenna in a good location. Every time “ Moises “ goes out to work i am confident the task will be completed and he will to charging dock without out a hitch. My concerns are 1) Longevity & Maintenance.

Difficult to set up especially if you have trees in yard. Unit has difficulty with leaves and pine needles, it does not do much more than sling them around. I found that if you need to cut more than about a half inch off then you should use a regular mower first which kind of defeats the purpose for this one. however, once your lawn is cut to a short level you can set this mower to automatically cut every few days and you really don't have to worry about it. I have found my mower getting stuck in corners on some occasions and it tends to run over my gutter drains but does keep the yard looking good without much human interaction once it's been set up. I would recommend this product, especially for those with smaller smooth yards.

it took awhile to set it up to mow everything correctly. it got stolen and apparently there is absolutely no tracking on it to help the authorities. how do you have a $1300 mower without any tracking included? I called Sunseeker and they said that they can't help me and maybe they will get me a discount if I were to buy another one but that is still uncertain.
