This is a great electric bike! It charges quickly and its easy to use! Its really fun and everything works great!

I received this e-bike fairly quickly. There were a couple dents in the box upon arrival but everything inside was packaged well with no noticeable damage. All pieces were included that's required to assemble the bike, however, the instruction manual was not well put together and the images were terrible. The entire manual was in black and white and lacked the substance required to assemble properly. I was able to assemble myself and took longer than it should've considering the poor manual. Once assembled, everything functioned properly. My advice is to install the kickstand after the front tire, it'll help keep the bike upright while assembling the rest of the components. The purple color is great and it's a really nice e-bike.

This bike FLIES if you want it to! I am very impressed with how fast it can go on full assist mode. My husband got it up to 33 mph on a flat road. It comes mostly assembled but you do have to put on the rear tire, handlebars, and pedals. It comes with all of the tools you need. The instructions are quite poor but we were able to figure it out. The seat is actually very comfortable. The battery holds a charge for a long time. The brakes work great. The kickstand is awesome.

Seems like a very solid, heavy duty bike. This means, however, that it is also pretty heavy since the frame is steel and the wheel assemblies are large being a fat tire bike. Certainly not for the a lightweight rider. Assembly was really easy but the app documentation is only fair. I thi

I just got the e-bike all assembled and it looks great. I didn't try it out yet but I'm going to first thing in the morning. I will write another review when I'm done

In the photos, the bike looks easier to get on with lower crossbar than it actually is, the display is not very bright and very hard to see during the day.

only thing i liked was the company tried to fix the issue, but they really didnt know what the issue was after what was told. wanted me the send it to a shop, but no shop around the area wanted to look at it. the whole issue was a waist of time. i wanted a refund after only the second time taking this bike out but was told by seller they would resolve this issue, but never was resolved. brakes are terrible. up hill rides and the bike dies out for a few minutes repeatedly. i'am not one for leaving a poor review, but honestly this purchase was a total waist of my time and money.

We like the bike itself but so far customer service is terrible. Bike has an error and have messaged them 3 times with zero response.
