Two reasons to use.
These are the best I've tried. My Mom saw these and also uses them for keeping under her bra dry. She sticks one side on the bottom inside of the cup and sticks the other side on the outside of the cup, covering the bottom of each cup on the bra. This keeps it dry from sweating when exercising. No rash.

Nursing pads
Since I breastfeed my baby I use theses ones they are good for the beginning but after I have to be taking out the pads when they have milk on them

Decent absorbency but sticky part could be better
Product provides decent absorbency with being “thin” liners. Good for the cost. Only complaint would be the sticky part of pads do not stick well to inner bra. When using specifically a wearable pump, the pads come off inner bra while putting on and taking off the pumps, they would fold up and I had to keep sticking them on.
