Bought these to replace plastic deck lights and loving them. They are metal so hopefully will stand up to the weather much better than anything plastic. They throw a lot of light and installation was a breeze. They do not include the transformer and you'll need to buy wire but they're easy to install once you have all the things you need.

I installed six of these lights on each 15-foot side of the pavilion, pointing downwards, which delivered the perfect amount of indirect lighting and gave the structure a sleek appearance. As for the underside of the roof, it is illuminated by low-voltage outdoor landscape spotlights mounted atop each of the four corner posts, directed towards the center of the roof.

I sought out the smallest and brightest eyeball deck light available, and this was the one that met my criteria. The dock lights I had to replace after Hurricane Ian submerged my entire dock were successfully substituted by these lights. Although a different brand, they match the color of my previous ones, which are now unavailable. The new lights are slightly larger than the old ones, making it a hassle to redo the drilling on the dock's pilings. However, this isn't the lights' fault as they accurately state their size as 4 inches. I'm relieved to have illumination back on the dock. They perform exceptionally well and are remarkably easy to wire up.

The previous round incandescent lights, which were prone to having bees nest inside their open lower halves, have been replaced by LCD lights. These newer LCD models feature a covered design, preventing any insects from entering. The glow emitted by the lights is soft and non-white, cascading down gracefully. Those who lay their eyes on them always offer praise. Not only is the price very reasonable, but the installation process is also straightforward.

I bought these lights without consulting my wife, yet they have proven to be a hit for both us and our new deck equipped with a bench. They illuminate the area sufficiently, allowing us to enjoy the deck for extended hours during the night.
