This electric roaster is exactly what I was needing. When hosting a holiday family gathering for my first time, I needed a place other than my oven, that was being used for dressings and rolls, to heat up my hams. The hams came out moist and warmed up perfectly. I used the rack that was included to keep them from sticking to the pan.

I love having a working oven, since my small kitchenette doesn't have an oven at all. The only drawback is the limited space I have to work in; the 18 quart roaster oven is so spacious that my small cooking space makes it a bit tricky to maneuver. All in all, this oven is a dream. It works beautifully and meets my expectations.

I love this cooker. I cooked a 14 pound turkey in two hours. It was done and was juicy not dry.

Been a while since I had or used one of these since I gave my other one away before I moved here with my daughter. 1) I should had used water to keep anything sticking on the inner pan which wasn't easy to clean, plus the inner pan has a hump in the middle instead of being flat, which the water wouldn't stay causing everything to stick. The roast cooked faster than I expected making the roast dry. I have to adjust the temp and next time maybe use a roasting bag. But it beat using the oven which messes up the temp in the house in the Summer and Winter
