Fantastic product. Bowls are smaller than I thought but this puppy does the job just fine. Far better than the buffet warmer I also purchased. This is truly a set up and walk away product. Recommend it for anyone looking to entertain large crowds.

Great warm meals for Christmas and family gatherings. I use this triple crock pot a lot and may buy another. I get tons of use out of these, wonderful to serve out of for parties while keeping your food warm. One of my favorite items in my kitchen. I have made tons of foods with this.

It made a wonderful display and kept the food nice and warm for serving without cooking it again. This food had come from the refrigerator, so it was cold when I put it in the pots. It does take some time to reheat the food, but if you allow for that and then turn them down to warm, they worked great for maintining the food. These work better for this because they don't dry the food out while keeping it warm. Preparing my hot foods ahead of time and putting them in these dishes allows me to enjoy my company while serving them a great meal.

This is a really nice buffet set for holiday gatherings. It worked perfectly to keep my mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, and sweet potatoes warm throughout our buffet-style meal. What a life saver! I didn't have to heat several dished in the microwave, then reheat because they cooled.

The reason why I first purchased this dual pot slow cooker was because of its versatility. This slow cooker has three gear adjustments, which can meet my different cooking needs. I can use it to make soup, stew, or heat or keep my fast food warm. For a product at such a price range, the cost-effectiveness is really high.

The bowls are small but it's great for heated dips and stuff for chips. It can cook 3 veggies at one time.

Great overall!! I don't like that the inserts aren't as snug as I would like but for the price you can't really beat it! All in all it's a great appliance I can set a timer in the morning meal prep 2 meals for the week and box them when I get off work and it's as easy as that!

I purchased this awhile back for a friends birthday, which just occurred. I opened the box but never took it out, afraid I wouldn't get it back in properly. I wrapped it and when he opened it, the ceramic pot was completely crushed! I checked to see if i could return it, but too much time had passed. Can you help me with a replacement pot???? Please??
