I recommend “yes” and “no”. It is not easy to assemble as there are MANY parts. It was like a puzzle but I like puzzles. There was a lot of turning assembled sections over to fit together and you will need a second person to assist with full assembly. Some pieces didn't have holes punch through and other did that should so small dowels went further inside than they should have. If you have patience, it is a good looking piece of furniture.

For anyone like me who has minor nutrient absorption issues (particularly protein), this is a far better alternative to whey protein varieties and I won't even look at soy-based protein due to the estrogenic problems it invariably presents for men. The taste of this product is mild without being chalky and a half scoop rather than the recommended full scoop can help this last two months (since it is a little pricey). I also like that it comes in both vanilla and chocolate so I can switch back-and-forth every two months.

I consider this the best protein powder on the market today. It is super healthy and the taste is super good. Usually it is very expensive, however I can always find the best possible price through Walmart, so I am happy to be able to purchase this at a price point I can afford.

This is the second plant protein powder that I purchased. the first one I purchased I felt I was too sweet so I was looking for an unflavored unsweetened brand. what I discovered I believe is is that the plant powders are what leaves the texture that I do not like.

This is a clean product with great ingredients. The taste isn't bad but the texture is an issue. As it becomes a waste of money when the majority of the product settles at the bottom of the cup and ends up clogging the sink or in the trash. Been doing everything not to send it back but now experiencing some digestive issues similar to constipation. Didn't have this untill I made this apart of my daily regimen which has been a bit challenging. I would recommend only because it's a clean product and to the person that's willing to make it work.

Not sure about the benefits but being a Whey protein consumer, this tasted like chalk to me. I couldn't even finish one serving. I have had similar experiences with Vegan proteins powders so it may be just be me.

I do like the product. Trouble is there is less of it on same price. I do not be fooled. I paid good money for the product and disappointed there is less of it.

Made it in a smoothie, and it was so gritty that we couldn't drink it..
